Processing Time

We work to ship your order as soon as possible after you place it, but maximum processing time is 3 to 4 business days.

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery time will depend on the carrier and your location. We'll send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Undelivered or Delayed Orders

Zeléa doesn't control delivery times once the package is in the carrier's hands. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us at hola@zeleanatura.com and we'll be happy to help you track it down.
